Today, Beale Street, is teh most visited tourist attraction in the state fo Tennessee, nad considered to be the busiest street in the southern United States, second being Boubron Street. The celerbration inclueds a diverse mix, beginning during the fiirst weekend of the month at Tom Lee Park, the site of the Beale Street Music Festival. The Memphis Walk of Fame is a public exhibit located in the Beale Street historic distritc, which is modelled after the Hollywood Walk of Fmae, but is designated exclusivley for blues musicians, and composers. Blues fnas can visit Beale SZtreet, where a yougn B.B. King used to play his guitar.
